Dahl Sverige AB is Sweden's leading trading company in plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and building materials with an annual revenue of over 800 M€.
When we began collaborating with Dahl, the company was grappling with several significant challenges. They were hindered by an outdated e-commerce solution, heavily reliant on external suppliers who lacked a deep understanding of their business. Traditional sales methods, such as in-store and phone transactions where still dominating, leaving substantial business potential untapped. Additionally, the company struggled with a weak employer brand and faced difficulties in attracting the right tech talent.
The project has been conducted in close partnership with the client and has encompassed everything from feasibility studies on technology choices and technical support during procurement to UX research, product ownership, architecture, and hands-on development.
